If this item is part of your order, the whole order will be placed as a Christmas Pre-Order and will be available for pick up, from December 21st to December 24th, between 1pm and 6pm every day, at our deli, at 104 Elk Run Blvd, in Canmore.
SALMON WELLINGTON WEIGHT:
Small (700gr) - 2 people
Medium (1.2kg) - 4 people
Large (1.8kg) - 8 people
Serving/Cooking suggestion: RAW PRODUCT, must be fully cooked. Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. preheat oven to 375 F. Remove plastic bag and place the meat on a lined baking tray. bake for approx 40 minutes (small) 50 minute (medium), 60 minute (large). Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
