Hot Smoked Pepper Duck Breast

Hot smoked duck is really versatile – once smoked, finely slice the breasts and fry until crispy to adorn the top of a hearty soup, or serve simply in a bitter leaf salad with a citrus dressing to cut through the fat.
Ingedients: Duck, water, salt, brown sugar, spices, sodium nitrate, sodium tripolphosphate, dextrose. smoke flavour, sodium erythorbate, ascorbic acid.
Cooking Instructions: Product is fully cooked. After heating slice in strips and use as a salad garnish.
