Valbella Cheese Fondue Mix - 400g
Serving/Cooking suggestion: Rub garlic in the bottom of Fondue pat. Add white wine and bring to simmer. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Dissolve cornstarch with kirsch or some white wine and thicken cheese fondue with it. Season to taste with black pepper and nutmeg.
Ingredients: Mix of different swiss cheeses like Gruyere, Emmentalerm Vachenn, Appenzeller and Tilsiter (milk, salt, bacterial cultures, rennet) Additional ingredients needed:250ml white wine, 1 garlic clove, 2 tsp, corn starch, pepper, 400-500g bread.
